I'm recently graduated with a masters in Marine Conservation and Policy from Stony Brook University. My undergraduate background was in bioscience. I grew up on Long Island a few minutes from the water (which probably helped inspire my career choice). I'm a lover of all things nature. As a Latina I want to utilize being bilingual in a way that positively contributes to environmental conservation. Now, I don't really want to get in-depth about myself because the real (sea)stars here are all of the marine organisms we will be discussing.
